Shane To, M.A., BCBA

Co-Founder & Clinical Director

Shane To discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during her first year of college, where she began working as a behavior therapist with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Witnessing firsthand the meaningful progress that could be made through ABA, she quickly realized the profound impact she could have in this field.

In 2010, Shane earned her Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA from the University of Nevada, Reno. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2016 and has since gained extensive experience working across a range of ABA settings—from small private practices to large-scale agencies. These experiences have given her a well-rounded perspective on both clinical practice and organizational leadership.

Driven by a deep commitment to high-quality care and a desire to foster professional growth within the field, Shane co-founded Autism Related Therapy (ART) in 2018. As Clinical Director, she is dedicated to ensuring that every family receives individualized, evidence-based services rooted in compassion and collaboration. She also prioritizes the development and well-being of ART’s clinical team, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and support to help them grow as confident, capable practitioners.

Under Shane’s leadership, ART remains steadfast in its mission to uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity and family-centered care. She is proud to lead a team that shares her values of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement, and she remains personally invested in making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families ART serves.

SANDRA PALOMO
