Job Openings

  • As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work one-on-one with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental differences, implementing customized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect accurate data on behaviors and skill acquisition. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress. Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred). Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass background check and meet any applicable state requirements.

  • As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee and guide behavior intervention programs for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. You’ll provide clinical leadership, supervise Behavior Interventionists and RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to ensure effective and compassionate care.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plan. Provide regular supervision, coaching, and training to Behavior Interventionists and RBTs. Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to meet clinical goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standard. Communicate effectively with families, school personnel, and other professionals. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required). Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in ABA or related clinical settings. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (as needed).
