Behavioral therapy (aba)
What is Behavioral Therapy (ABA)?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-based approach to understanding and improving behavior. ABA therapy focuses on helping children build meaningful skills while reducing challenging behaviors that may interfere with learning or everyday life.
At ART, we use ABA to support children with autism and other developmental delays in reaching their full potential through compassionate, individualized care.
ABA therapy may include:
Functional communication and language skills
Increasing social and play skills
Improving daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, eating, dressing)
Reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and/or family life
Encouraging positive behaviors through reinforcement strategies
Each therapy plan is tailored to your child’s needs, with goals developed in partnership with families and reviewed regularly for progress.
